just put the tire and wheel on top of your old tire, good stand there

wow, that’s a really good way to take the tire off at the last part, pull both beads outside the rim and then it just slides off. The way I did it would scratch the hell out of the rim :p

It makes it so the tire doesn’t slide around the rim when your riding and break the stem on the tube.
